Water is not something Botswana can afford to waste.
Botswana is a dry, low-rainfall country. Much of the water reaching homes and businesses has travelled a long way through pipelines and boreholes before it reaches a tap which means a hidden leak isn't just a maintenance issue, it's water that took real effort to move, quietly disappearing underground.
A leak under a slab or along a yard line rarely announces itself. It shows up as a water bill that keeps climbing, a damp patch that won't dry out, or a borehole pump that seems to run longer than it should. By the time it's visible, it has often been running for months.

Do you need to dig up my whole yard to find a leak?
No that's the reason acoustic and electronic detection exists. We narrow the leak down to a specific point first, so any digging is confined to that one spot rather than trenching the whole property.
How long does an inspection take?
It depends on the size of the property and how the issue is showing up. We'll give you a realistic estimate when you book, based on what you've described in the quote form.
What will an inspection cost?
We confirm the cost with you before any work begins, once we know the property and the issue you're dealing with. Send us the details through the quote form and we'll follow up with a price.
Do you handle drain blockages, or only leaks?
Both. Alongside leak detection, we locate blockages and obstructions in drains and sewer lines so the actual clog point gets cleared, rather than rodding the whole run without knowing where it sits.
Do you work on boreholes as well as municipal water supply?
Yes. Borehole-fed properties are checked for pump run-time and line pressure, since a slow leak on that side of the system often shows up first as the pump running longer than it should.
